Automatic Grinding Machine for Melamine tableware/dinner ware/ trays

Automatic grinding machine for melamine tableware or dinnerware is working for kinds of shapes: Round shape/Square shape/Rectangle shape and Oval shape, can be used for MELAMINE bowls/plates/ trays/ dishes.

The different models are available: 2-stations / 3-stations

A. 2-stations working: STONE GRINDING - SANDING BELT GRINDING

B. 3-stations working: STONE GRINDING - SANDING GRINDING - CLOTH WHEEL GRINDING

ADVANTAGES:

1/ Its speed comes from 300pcs -- 800pcs per hour, depending on its shape and size.

For example, like 9inch round plate, it can work unto 780pcs per hour, which the speed is so fast and the quality is so satisfying.

2/ It requires less workers to handle the Automatic grinder easily.

For example, in China, one worker can handle 3 sets of automatic grinding machine easily, even this operator can have time to Check the running machines and see its working status.

And if the workers to handle this machine first time, one operator can easily handle one machine.

3/ Automatic grinder machine runs by PLC system, it can show its running status from screen.

4/ There is dust collection system during its grinding, the powder dust will be collected at the same time outside of workshop, so the workers are happy to work in such clean workshop.
